This five-bedroom building sits separately to the north of Ned’s Landing apartments with shared bathrooms, living, and dining space in a Hostel/Cottage setting with the ocean 100ft away. This is ideal for an extended family as a cottage or for individuals.

We are a small property, and if you need to cancel, please provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can try to re-book. If you cancel with more than seven days' notice, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel within seven days of arrival, we will attempt to re-book your space, and if we can, we will refund your deposit in full. If we are unable to re-book, your deposit will be forfeited.
